True Hope Counseling offers internet
based counseling services. These
services are provided through a secure
real-time chat interface, as well as email.
Please be advised that Melissa currently does not counsel men.
1. Before we can begin working
with you, you must complete our Procedure
Agreement forms and mail them to us.
These forms may be downloaded here, all
mailing information is included:

2. Once your
completed forms have been received, we will
send you a payment request via PayPal to
complete the process.
3. A Welcome Email
will then be sent to you which will include
your username and password for our
Appointment Scheduling area.
Not sure if
internet counseling is right for you?
As internet counseling may not be
suitable for everybody, we do offer one
60 minute live chat session before
receiving the Procedure Agreement Forms.
Initial Intake sessions are held
Monday - Friday for a fee of $20.00, payable
via PayPal.
Our goal is to have one of
our counselors contact you and schedule your
intake session on the same day you make
payment. However, please realize that
sometimes due to the number of intake
requests and/or client load, it may take up
to one full business day for us to schedule
a session with you. Thank you for your
